The chance of HCC surviving in the long run is smaller than a Jets-Giants superbowl in 2009. I will continue to pay my dues and use their properties until they finally implode. And after that, I will never join another DC. I don't know how any of you can really be considering joining another DC, unless you are absolutely loaded. But if you are loaded, why did you join HCC in the first place?

No Deposits. As good as it gets.

For more reasons than one, Paragon cannot put it's best foot forward prior to HCC demise. That said, you will definitely have a chance to compare all options prior to DHH/UE/AK offer expiring.

I totally agree that holidays should not be " like a job" and yes, December 1 seems to be the key date here. I don't want to underestimate today's bookings either. Paragon (forgot the name before , sorry) stands as the only entity that I would even consider. Paying more significant deposit money into any other club leaves a bad taste with me. It's not a matter of affording it.

What are the Vegas odds of a Jets-Giants super bowl?

The point that I was making was that CK did the right thing by knocking off leases first. Leases are normally controlled by private parties and they are less forgiving than the banks.

You can buy more time with banks than with private parties. Banks will let you push the 90 day mark before eviction. Try that with a lease.

And no, no private lines.

Jets are 5-2 to win the AFC and Giants are 4-5 to win the NFC

So how are all your various competing clicking systems performing?

BTW, am I missing it, or did they eliminate the two-month view? It seems very cumbersome without it...

And congratulations to Hank on his 50th post - congratulations too, to Hank's model that helped him go 2/2 in bookings! We stayed calm, we took it one mouse click at a time, we stayed focussed and gave 110%.

I am still very interested in Paragon but it may all come down to a matter of timing. How long can HCC last? When will Paragon be up and functional? There is a 31st March deadline to accept the DHH special offer.

The two-month window is now working but it was not there initially (unless I am going nuts...possible).

And I still got what I wanted. July 4th, Labor Day wow...

If it is this easy, there are two things happening...

1. Most of the members are booking days within the next 0-60 days.
2. Most of the members just do not care.
