I just checked the High Country Club calendar for their brand new 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom Cancun, Portofino property that was just released for booking after the lottery and am pretty pleased with the current availability.

There are 234 open dates in the next 12 months or 64% availability. This is good news for HCC as the beach locations are always in demand. I just wonder if the current economy has people worried.

It appears that June is the most popular month, but July and August are pretty open. Even July 4th is still open.
