Default High Country Club - New Member referral

High Country Club is getting serious about organic growth for their club by attempting to leverage it's 330 or so happy members.

My opinion has always been ---- More members = more homes, but these new referral fees are a real nice thank you bonus.

I have actually turned a friend or two onto HCC and they gave my friend the discount rather than me (yes, I am a good friend).

New Member Referral Program

In an effort to continue to position High Country Club as the premiere destination club in the $1M home value segment of the destination club industry, the Club has significantly improved its marketing brochure and is excited to get it in the hands of potential members.

With over 330 members actively using the club properties, we feel that nobody is more qualified to sell the value of High Country Club than current members. That’s why we are doubling our current member referral program for a limited time.

If you have a friend or family member who you think would be interested in joining High County Club, let us know, and we will mail you one of our new marketing brochures so you may pass it along to them. Keep in mind, the new brochures are costly to print/ship, so please only ask for them if you feel that you truly have a potentially interested member.

For any referral that joins High Country Club by July 1, 2008, we will credit your annual dues the following amounts.

Companion Membership - $2,000 credit
Associate or Affiliate Membership - $4,000 credit
Private Membership - $6,000 credit

In addition, we will honor the current pricing through the end of June for any referral, while they complete their due diligence.

If you are interested in reading the new brochure yourself, you can download the PDF version of the brochure.

If you have any questions, please contact Heath Kirschner at 303-991-2300 or via email at heath@highcountryclub.com.

Again, thank you for all of your continued support!
