Wow, this place looks amazing.

Isn't it amazing how much nicer all the ski properties look so much better with snow on the ground?

Agreed, I'm booked for next summer...liked it so much we actually changed our destination for this particular week.

Ted, we went this summer to the replacement house - which was actually a bit over the top v. the new HCC property and just up the hill from this location. You are well travelled but if you need any pointers on summer activity let me know - we had a GREAT time. Make sure you get to Greta's ice cream shop on main street - a bit pricey but ironically my daughter's namesake. We also met a wonderful woman painting a picture at the top of the Saddle Ridge/Switchback Railroad lot at top of peaks facing Breck and reasonably bought her panorama.

PS - noticed no hot tub - hope it will be added.

Probably just an oversight on my part as I did not notice one in any of the pictures.
