Club: High Country Club | My family and I will be traveling to HCC Home in Punita Mita the first week in October. We like to be active! I would welcome any thoughts on activities from those of you who have been to this location. Are there any not to be missed sites? Is there as specific sight-seeing company that is recommended or should be avoided? ![]() |

Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | There is alot to do there. There is canopy tours, surfing lessons, fishing, swim with the dolphins, horseback riding, ATV tours etc, etc. Vallarta adventures is one of the companies that offer various adventures. Just google Puerto Vallarta and canopy tours or any of the other activities and you will find many more. We are going to the area over New Year's and can't wait. |

Club: A&K Residence Club | Here is info. on some activities: Luxury Real Estate in Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta, Residential & Beach Properties in Punta Mita and Puerto Vallarta I believe that most of the DCs recommend Vallarta Adventures. We did the swim with the dolphins activity and had a great time. I think others have raved about the canopy tour. You ought to try to check out the Punta Mita development if you can. The St. Regis should be nearly done. The Four Seasons is beautiful. |

Club: HCC | For snorkeling or scuba I recommend Punta Mita expeditions. Small boats with just a few people. They took our family of 4 out snorkeling on a boat with a guide and a boat driver. We felt lucky to have so much personal attention when we saw the Vallarta adventure boat which had 60 people on it all getting off to snorkel in the same place. Punta Mita expeditions avoided them and found a nice private spot for the 4 of us! We did the Vallarta Advventure canopy tour. It was fun and the kids loved it. Only downside is it is an hour drive from their office Nuevo Vallarta which is about half an hour from the house in Punta Mita. Long drive in an open windy bus/truck and some in our group would have preferred a tour closer to home base. |

Club: A&K Residence Club | The village of Punta Mita is not too much to look at (although they are trying to make improvements). We've not been, but Sayulita up the road is apparently the more picturesque village to visit. |

| The Canopy tour through Los Veranos was excellent. Smaller groups and better site once you get there that VA. We also did a 5 hour horseback tour through the mountains with Ranchojo that was excellent. Just the four of us with one guide. Very tailored to our pace, same price as big tours. Most activities will be a hike from the house. Sayulita is a fun trip for half a day. Cool little town. Surfing beach. Can get lessons there. Little town of La Cruz near PM has decent places to eat. |
