Planning our visit, and assigning bedrooms. Need to know . . . and probably only someone who's been there can answer . . .

1) What is the configuration of the 2nd and 3rd FL bathrooms (HCC say's tubs) Are there only tubs? Does that really mean a tub/shower combination??

2) Are there any fold out couch/beds in the house? Are there any air matresses?

3) What does HCC mean when they say sectional in the 3rd FL MBR?

4) Are there any TV's in the house besides in the LR? Are they satellite or cable?

5) Are there now beach chairs, umbrella's etc for the beach??

I know several have inquired on the 2nd part of my OBX review, and it is getting close to release. Actually, I'll post what I have and make it a three part review for later consolidation by a moderator perhaps?
But here are the answers to the above questions.

1. There isn't a 3rd floor - see part 2 of now a three part review I'll post in a few minutes - I will probably include typos, grammar etc. until I can give it a serious proof. All the bathrooms with tubs have showers. These are the downstairs master, and the sort-of main house second floor master (it doesn't have the the general size, except the bath area, or the closet space to be a true "master")
2 & 3. No cots or fold out sofas, but there is an air matress. Check with HCC, but my quess is at least a double, but probably a queen size. There are five sofas in the house that are candidates for children to sleep on in a pinch - (a) 2 in the family room (b) one in the gameroom (c) one in the 2nd floor of the man house area sitting area and (d) a sectional in the master suite above the garage, which maybe was listed inadvertently by HCC as a 3rd floor. The sectional would be the prime one for comfort and space to sleep on - it isn't a huge sectional, but a good sized L shape - doesn't fill the space as it is in an area that has a kitchen and and a king-sized bed.
4. Every bedroom but the one with two double beds in the main upstairs area has a TV, plus the gameroom (not working when we were there - assume fixed by now - can someone verify?) and the family room (the biggest TV). Gameroom is where the XBox is.
5. There were at least two beach chairs, not loungers, in the garage and two other chairs for the gameroom balcony that could be used that way. There is a rental service to set you on near the same spot at the beach each day or days specified - same place you can get the bikes from for the week delivered to the house. You HCC member services person can get you the details.
