| the safari lodge mentioned starts at ~$1500/nt per couple. interesting they didnt give members 3BRs at miraval. 2BR values > 2006 - $1.7MM press release 2008 - $2.5MM BREAKING GROUND jeese, i guess its still a great deal. looks like they charge residence owners $570/nt per couple. ![]() Last edited by Kagehitokiri; 08-21-2008 at 03:47 PM. |

Club: Exclusive Resorts | I didn't think there were 3 BR's even available. This is an adults only destination for ER so 2 BR's work well. These will be a great addition. |

| I noticed the 16 Chicago Mandarin Oriental residences are no longer listed on the ER website--they had been designated as "in development." Has that project officially gone "belly up"? |

Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | I appears that the Mandarin Oriental development is way behind schedule, so ER chose to take it off the list. The St. Regis (now Ritz Carlton) in Ft. Lauderdale was also taken off the list when it was delayed and progress was questionable, but then was placed back on and subsequently opened. So the ultimate outcome of the Mandarin is in question but ER has chosen not to include it in its numbers because it is so delayed. |

Club: Exclusive Resorts | I have the impression that ER is hoping to buy more units in Trumo Chicago. Members seem to love that building so far. |

Club: ER, HCC Corporate, DHH Lite, Bud Lite (A few too many) | ER has said if the right unit becomes available at the right price in the resale market, they will purchase additional units in the Trump Chicago. |
