In less than two months since Exclusive Resorts last major Membership Plan fee changes, they have decided to raise the optional priority holiday access fees again.

Peak Holiday: Priority access for one reservation each year for the weeks that include Christmas, New Year's, President's Day, or any Select Holiday week is available for a one-time fee of $79,000 (previous price was $59,000).

Select Holiday: Priority access for one reservation each year for the weeks that include Spring Break, the 4th of July holiday, or Thanksgiving is available for a one-time fee of $49,000 (previous price was $39,000).

ER had said that they would monitor the number of Holiday access tokens sold closely so that there would be enough availability over the holidays. They would limit the number of Holiday Access tokens sold. There would be two ways to accomplish this. Either institute a cutoff number and then put everyone on a wait list, or let the market decide and raise the prices until the appropriate ratio was achieved. I guess they chose to use the market to limit sales, also giving them more money.
