Club: DC4MS.com | PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Communications Manager for Exclusive Resorts manages MarComm programs and campaigns for the company. This individual is responsible for devising marketing communications strategies, developing core messaging strategies and authoring clear, goal-oriented creative briefs and managing that each project is completed within pre-established timelines and budget parameters. The Manager will manage communications pieces that reach club members, “prospects,” “suspects,” employees and the general public. Materials will appear in a variety of mediums: online, printed collateral pieces, email, etc. The ideal Manager is an expert planner and communicator. As this role will interact with many departments, team work is imperative! His or her success will be measured by their ability to co-create marketing communications programs, campaigns and components that motivate action, speak relevantly to the target audience and are on time and budget. He or she will also have responsibility for sourcing new photography, obtaining photography usage approval, approving language, and managing, etc. The individual must have a solid knowledge of brand foundations and principals, be a strong communicator, be extremely detail oriented, and be comfortable in managing projects through an online tool. Knowledge of print production is helpful. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Manage workflow (traffic) of Internal Design Team • Manage new projects, including brief writing, budget management, client management and agency management • Manage photo library and photoshoots in conjunction with Photographers, Directors of Marketing and Design Team • Process invoices & manage budgets associated with MarComm projects MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate or agency setting. • Experience working with executives, “clients,” consumer marketing, and preferably, experience with affluent consumers and/or luxury products and services. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines. • Excellent project management skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships at all levels of a large organization.
