Here is the "new and not-yet official" Exclusive Resorts Membership Plan Options – April 2008

Choice, flexibility and value are hallmarks of the Exclusive Resorts experience. Design a membership plan that suits your preferences, and start enjoying perfect vacations with family and friends.

Simply choose a membership plan with the number of days you would like to travel each year, and determine if you want priority access to holiday weeks. If you would like your family to enjoy the benefits of club membership on an unaccompanied basis, consider adding the extended family sharing option.

With any membership plan, you will enjoy access to the entire portfolio of Exclusive Resorts residences, services and amenities. If your needs change, you’ll have the flexibility to move to a plan with fewer days or upgrade to another plan.

20 days - $199,900 - $19,900
30 days - $269,900 - $29,900
40 days - $339,900 - $39,900

60 days - $479,900 - $59,900

PRIORITY HOLIDAY ACCESS
"Peak Holiday" - Priority access for one reservation each year for the weeks that include Christmas, New Year’s, President’s Day, or any Select Holiday week is available for a one-time fee of $59,000. "Select Holiday" - Priority access for one reservation each year for the weeks that include Spring Break, the 4th of July holiday, or Thanksgiving is available for a one-time fee of $39,000.

EXTENDED FAMILY SHARING
Allow your adult children, parents and siblings to enjoy your club benefits without you or your spouse present for a one-time fee of $19,000 and an annual 10% dues premium.

MEMBERSHIP DAYS
Choose from one of six membership plans with the number of days you would like to enjoy each year with family and friends. As your needs change, you will have the flexibility to temporarily move to a plan with fewer days each year or permanently upgrade to a plan with more days.

MEMBERSHIP FEE & ANNUAL DUES
The Membership Fee is a one-time payment to join Exclusive Resorts and is 75% refundable should you choose to leave the club, as outlined in your membership plan. Annual Dues provide access to the club, its residences, and its services for the number of days in your membership plan. There are no extra charges for pre-trip planning, in-residence concierge services, or on-site amenities such as private beach clubs and privileged resort access at most
club destinations.

EXTENDED FAMILY SHARING
With all membership plans, your family and friends are welcomed to experience Exclusive Resorts vacations with you. However, if you would like to allow members of your extended family to use the club without you, simply select the extended family sharing option.

PRIORITY HOLIDAY ACCESS
Members who desire the best access to holiday weeks should purchase a priority holiday access option. Members who purchase priority holiday access may use their Advanced Reservations for travel over one of the club’s holiday weeks. Holiday travel may be available inside the Space Available reservation window for members who do not purchase priority holiday access; however, they should expect availability to be very limited.

ADVANCED RESERVATIONS
For travel during peak seasons or to the highest demand destinations, Advanced Reservations are recommended. You receive one Advanced Reservation for every 10 days in your membership plan.

SPACE AVAILABLE RESERVATIONS
For getaways on shorter notice, Space Available reservations can be made at any time within the Space Available reservation window of the membership plan you select. Membership Plan: 10-day, 20-day, 30-day, 40-day, 50-day, 60-day will have a Space Available Reservation Window of: 30 days, 45 days, 60 days, 75 days, 90 days, 90 days.

The new plans include one week of advanced reservation for every ten days of membership purchased

Holiday reservations cost an additional non-refundable, one-time fee.

The extra cost to reserve one week annually at Christmas, New Years, or President’s Day every year (for the duration of your membership) is $59,000

The extra cost to reserve one week annually during spring break week, Forth of July, and Thanksgiving every year (for the duration of your membership) is $39,000.
