Exclusive Resorts Names Jeff Potter CEO

Current CEO Donn Davis Becomes Executive Chairman

DENVER, August 6, 2007 – Exclusive Resorts, the world’s leading luxury destination club, today announced the addition of Jeff Potter to its management team as CEO, effective September 10th. Current Exclusive Resorts CEO Donn Davis assumes the position of executive chairman, and Potter will report to him.

Potter joins the company from his role as CEO of Frontier Airlines, a position he held for the past five years. At Frontier, he led a team of 5,500 employees that delivered award-winning customer service and industry-leading operational excellence. Potter was the leading force in building Frontier into one of the most respected companies in the industry, and was named “Colorado CEO of the Year” in 2005.
