Actually, I may resign in next 18 months if there are no homes in Asia, I have talked to Don and others about it because traveling so far on limited time is not easy to manage. But Quintess is a great place--so I would definitely encourage people who are on the fence on this type of forum and can use the time to go towards Quintess. For my friends and network who live in Asia--Quintess (w/o Asia) is not an attractive option.
